My dog barks fiercly when I leave the room?

I've had my dog Kya now for about... 9 months now and shes.. 9 months old. We're very close and she spends more time with me then anyone in the house. We leave her in a cage whenever we leave the house so she won't poop or pee on the floor when we're gone. The problem is, whenever I walk out the room she'll start barking NON-STOP, she crys, whimpers, barks, you name it. At first I thought it wa SO cute, but now its ANNOYING, and I don't want her to be under stress when I go on a cruise this year, or whenever I have to leave. Please help, Is there anyway I can train her to be calm when I leave?
