Mean dad wanna move out asap?

hey i just turnned 17 in april and my dads to snappy one minute hes cool then the next hes yelling at me cuz the ketchup fell out of the fridge and thats not all he wont let me get a car let alone my premit alll of my friends have a car and a drivers licence now i have nothin i cant hangoutr with my friends if i feel like it i always have to ask hes like a little kid he crys screaming mommy and hes 50 years old i want out of here NOW and my mom left and wants to move to susan ville cuz she never wanted kids i want out of here so bad please any suggestions
