2 1/2 Year old Girl crys when she has to Pee?

My daughter had the same problem a while back. I was going to school nights and her father was bathing her. I told him how to wash her and it stopped. He used soap and rubbed and some got where it shouldn't. Whoever is bathing her should just soap the outside, not too heavy, and run the water over her. And mind who you leave her with. Good luck.
