A week and a half old Baby racoon?

I work at a cabin rental company and the maint man found a baby raccoon in a cabin and brought it down to the office. Its in a HUGE bucket and seems scared. I put a shirt in the bucket with it and tried a little puppy food but it wasn't interested. He couldn't find the mama. It will be going to a home who knows how to raise them but how do we keep him ok until he gets to them? He crys and it sounds so sad. I'm sure hes scared. I covered his bucket with a sweater and left it partially cracked to allow air flow, but put him in a dark office so he would think it was night time?
