Lost drivers license but moving out of state soon?

So I lost my license, for Wi its a simple replacement fee, but I'm moving to Indiana in a few weeks. Is it worth it to even replace it (despite possibly getting pulled over but I won't be driving much, I don't own a car right now). My fiance is worried I'll need it to get a license in Indiana as well.
