Are State that ban abortions will see a increased in population wise?

I'm glade that Indiana,Ohio,Missouri and most southern state banning abortions in their state will they see increased in their population specily among black population. I think it good it keep the abortion targeting the black communities in these state while democrat run down state losing population cause of abortions.
