What right does Indiana have to end the fourth amendment?

This is the same state that forces a woman to be lectured, to have an unneeded sonogram done before she is allowed to have an abortion no matter what the reason. This is also one of the states that claimed they wanted government out of their lives, they have a strange way of showing it!
