Im 14 and live with my dad, but i want to live with my mom in florida, what do i do?

my dad lives in indiana, he has a wife and a step daughter and never has time for me, we have absolutely no relationship, me and my stepmom argue so much we arent even allowed to talk to eachother, i want to live with my mom in florida cause we have a really healthy relationship, she gives me advice, and words of encouragement, she got re-married about 2years ago to a very nice man with a very stable job(considering he practicaly owns his company) my parents have joint custody, my mom gets me most of the summer, im going to be a freshman and i want to spend my highschool and college years here with her, she gives her heart and soul for me, my dad neglects my thoughts and feelings i want to know what exactly to do, my mom wants me to live with her, but my dad wont give me up, #1-should my mom call an autorny? #2would they ask who i want to live with? 3# would my parents have to go to court?
