How can i get my friend down to New Orleans?

So, my friend lives in indiana, and i live in new orleans, and my dad has agreed to let her stay down here while her grandmother is away, but we just need to figure out how she can get down here. my dad said hes up for pretty much idea, as long as its safe and is cheap. Or does anyone have a really cheap arline she can take? She is 14. Thanks
