My husband was offered a position at Grissom AFB, INdiana. Where is a good place to live?

We are looking for an afordable, safe, family oriented area to live. We have a little one, so someplace with things to do for kids would be nice. Also, i need a job too. I have worked in accounting for over 7 years. I haven't really seen any jobs posted anywhere on jobsites near there. Any information on the area would be great!

What are good places for homecoming dresses/shoes?

I am an incoming freshman of high school, and home coming is the first dance of the year. Like any other average teenage girl, I am VERY excited for this. Around my school many people know me for my style, not having many of the same clothes as others, which is something I strive to do. I live in northwest Indiana, and we don't have many places around here that sell nice, unique dresses. I am avoiding things like Jcpenny's & Macy's just because I know that's where a LOT of girls are going to be getting their dresses from. I naturally almost black hair, and tan, dark skin. I'm asking you guys if you know any places in northwest Indiana or online that don't have too ridiculously expensive dresses. Also, if you can, will you recommend a place that sells nice shoes? If I get a simple dress, I was wanting do something like maybe cheetah print shoes?! Maybe, yes, no? Your guys' opinions mean the world to me! Please, and thank you! :D

Can I get deposit back on a rental house I decided I don't want?

First, the house is in Indianapolis, Indiana. My aunt and I recently put $200 down to hold a rental house that we decided a few days later we didn't because the neighborhood didn't feel safe enough to us. We never signed a lease and we got a receipt when we gave the man the $200. Are we entitled to get the money back or not? Thank you.

As far as I know it takes one hour for every ounce of alcohol to work it's way through your system. A beer has one ounce of pure alcohol in it on average, so with eight beers it would have taken eight hours to get out of your system. Do you mean ethyl alcohol?

Your best bet is to get an aftermarket stereo, and adding onstar to be integrated into your stereo and car is VERY expensive

Is it too late to give my baby a dummy?

my daughter is 4 month old and i never gave her a dummy so i didn't have to wean her of it as my nephew is nearly 5 and still has one but she has starting sucking her thumb and crys alot should i gave her a dummy to see if it settles her or try get through it?
