Aside from some small grammar/punctuation errors, the only part I really didn't care for was the "would make ice shiver" part. I know it sounds silly, but there are times when you read something like that and it just seems off or comical. Sometimes a simple adverb will work better than a flowery phrase. Remember, concision and precision are a writer's best friends.

Why does my 13 month old wake up screaming?

My 13 month old baby has always fell asleep in her crib between 7-8 and never wakes back up after asleep or wakes up till 9am. but for the past 4 nights she wont go to sleep by herself and if i put her to sleep then lay her down in her crib she wakes up and screams and crys tears and says mama! she has never done that before. like i said before she use to sleep fine by herself then all of a sudden its like she is scared to be in her crib in her room alone we have night lights. any ideas y or what could help?

im sorry I have asked this before but no ones answers are working... I want a cat a lot! my little sister says im being stupid for wanting one... I don't care! My family has a dog but the dog only wants to be with my mom and it ignores me and crys at the door waiting for my mum.. I have offered to do everything from cleaning the box to vacuuming every week to minimize cat hair.... My moms answer is just No... she says I hope you get a cat when you move out...and I hate it when she says that.. im pregnant again and i already have my beautiful 3 year old boy. Im 40 weeks pregnant.( im being induced next week if baby doesn't come!). My baby had a problem which the doctor said that it would prob have to be induced a week or two after due date. However, a while after, i found my boyfriend in bed with my best friend. I kicked him out. He said he wanted nothing to do with me or the baby. However, he wants to keep our son. I let him have him for a week but my son came back quiet and i asked him whats wrong and he said he was crying all night and no one came. After that, i wouldn't let Harry see his father and now his father hates us all. My son is sad about his father and will be starting school soon. I hear your voice developing but it is stressed by your pacing (the rhythm). Keep your personal feel of character/and her thoughts, in one sentence. So you have the story, then as an aside, her feeling or thought. Or, change your style and incorporate your voice style into the dialogue only- as character. It is ok for a first effort, but you must learn how to write better. Try reading it out loud into a recorder in order to hear the rhythm, the pace, and you will probably hear where you need to improve your style. It does not quite get choppy, but it stumbles. The grammer needs to be improved. EX: (at the bottom) "This time a man's voice but this did not make her relax, she knew that voice." If you look at the sentence, it is not a proper sentence at all. I realize writers can put in improper sentences, but this is not an example of that. Your style has gone from personal to romantic to objective story. Pick one and stick with it. Read it aloud and record it, or have someone else read it aloud. You will hear where you need to rewrite. Many new writers have a few voices in their work, just as learning to sing, you will have a few voices come out, all weaved together, just as each part of your personality does a version. That is normal, until you pick one. Write the story from each style and voice, and you may be surprised that the talented "voice/style" in your may not be your favorite. Only you can judge what is good for the listener. Remember that a writer writes for themself, but you hear it back like a listener. Once you have written it, it is no longer yours. It is the reader's now, the love, criticize and talk about.

ok, lets say a certain pre-christian starts to cry for god, maybe he has read the bible a little, but not enough and is naive about the whole belief system. lets just say he crys out so much for god, and this certain person has a delusion about the bible, lets just say he has a delusion about being an angel, or a messenger of god, ok. now, lets say that this person has a mental breakdown and has been made very ill from this delusion, and this person starts sinning so heavily because of the pain of this mental condition, to a point of desolation, so is that it? he is rejected by god because of a delusion and he was not strong enough and full of fear to go to god and pray to get his head sorted out? i know of many story's like this one. can any christians give me a clear answer to this topic.

Raining real bad here in Indiana today, was on a paved 2 lane county road, hills, speed limit 55, log truck in front me going about 55 most of the time, I stayed back about 300 feet , car behind me came up and was so close I couldn't see the bumper on it, this went on for about 2 miles, I saw a "pot-hole", 3 foot wide and maybe 2 feet deep, ahead and aimed for it, swerved just in time to avoid hitting it, driver behind me hit it dead center, I think it may have caused her to drop her cell-phone, and messed up her car, anyway she came after me flashing her headlights and I saw she wrote my license plate # down.
