tell your parents and go to the police station with them. they can't do anything right now unless he directly threatens your safety, because he can just say he wasn't following you. at least if it keeps happening though, you'd have a better case to get a restraining order if they have a previous statement from you saying that this has happened. i had a problem with an ex boyfriend stalking me, so yeah. parents / police :) just to make a statement. hopefully it doesn't escalate... which it usually has to in order to get a restraining order. :/
